Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be in original or lightly used condition
- All included accessories must be returned with the product
- Original packaging is preferred but not required
How to Start a Return

Refund Timeline
After your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed to your original payment method.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
Return Shipping Costs
For defective or damaged items โ we cover the cost entirely.
For change-of-mind returns โ deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Hydrogo Pro arrives damaged or has a defect, email us at [support email] within 14 days of delivery with photos or video of the issue.
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Warranty
Every Hydrogo Pro is backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
